What is an AI Coach?
An AI coach is an AI tool, either a chatbot or a form, that is powered by a prompt. In addition to the prompt, you can power your AI Coach with documents, websites, videos, special instructions, API endpoints, and more. This AI is not a substitute for professional coaching. When recognisable names are used, that AI coach should not be interpreted as that person.
What are the conversational limits?
Behind the scenes, the AI model runs off credits. Each credit is one interaction with the AI coach. Each month, you get 1000 credits to use. Based on our experience, a typical AI conversation has ten responses. Therefore, your credits give you about 100 conversations each month. There might be more or less, based on how long your clients chat with the AI coach.
Can I get more credits?

How do clients access the AI coach?
After your AI coach has been developed, you will get a link to be shared with your clients. This can be accessed 24/7 and on any device. Prior to each conversation, your clients will share their email address. To start a conversation they will need to consent with the terms and conditions.
How do I get access to the leads and conversations?
Once a week you will get a usage report. This will include users who have chatted with the AI coach and the details of the conversations. This data is only shared with the owner of the AI coach. Read more about the Privacy Policy.
How do I improve the AI coach?
Once a month you get the opportunity to request improvements to the AI coach. We are still working on exactly how this will work. Obviously, a complete rework of the AI coach would require extensive effort. So, the expectation is that these will be tweaks rather than wholesale changes. We look forward to your feedback on how best to manage refinements.
How do I make money with an AI coach?
We are working on a feature that will enable you to include a paywall for your AI coach. In the meantime, we recommend upselling real-life coaching as part of the AI coach. You can do this by including a link to your website and/or services at the start/end. of the AI coaching conversation.
Do you have an enterprise tier?
